If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use our platform. These terms protect both students and our team from confusion and problems.
Our courses are made for students who want to learn digital skills like SEO, design, marketing, and more. Please give us the correct name, phone number, and email when you register. Giving wrong details may stop your access to the course.
We may stop your access if we see any fake activity, harmful content, or bad behavior. We are here to support learning in a safe and respectful way.
Before joining, we will tell you the full course fee, what is included, and how long the course will take. Once you agree and start learning, the fee will stay fixed unless you ask for extra help or services.
You can pay by UPI, bank transfer, card, or other safe online ways. We give you receipts and confirmations by email or WhatsApp. Some courses need full payment or a part payment before starting.
We promise to teach you using easy lessons, recorded videos, and project tasks. Our teachers will try their best to answer your questions and guide you.
If something unexpected happens like internet issues or power cuts, we will inform you and try to fix it fast. If the course uses outside tools like Canva or YouTube, we will help you use them, but we are not responsible for their changes or errors.
You need to attend your classes, watch the videos, and complete the tasks. Please send us the correct files and reply to messages on time. If you delay, it may slow down your learning.
Only share your own work and legal content. If you copy or use other people’s content without permission, we cannot be responsible for it.
Once your course is finished, it is your job to download and save your certificate and notes. We may not store old records forever.
We offer 1–2 free revisions for your assignments if needed. These are for small corrections only. If you ask for big changes or extra training later, there may be a small charge.
We will always inform you about any cost before doing extra work.
If you change your mind and the course has not started, you can cancel it. If the course has started, we will check how much is done and then decide about the refund.
