We want every student to have a smooth and happy learning experience. But we also understand that sometimes plans can change. This page explains when you can get a refund, how to ask for it, and how we will handle it.
By joining a course or paying for any service, you agree to follow these rules. Please read this page before making a payment.

Follow these steps to request a refund:
If approved, your refund will be sent to the same payment method within 8 working days. We will also email you once it is done.
If you cancel after doing part of the course, we will check how much is done. Then we will calculate and return the amount left after deducting a small processing fee.
You can change your course date instead of cancelling. Tell us early and we will shift your schedule. It is free if told in advance. If the new schedule needs extra work, there may be small extra charges.
If you were charged twice or the payment failed but money was deducted, share your proof with us. We will return the extra amount within 5 working days after checking with the bank.
Also share screenshots and payment reference numbers if the problem is related to any technical error.
